This page explains what happens on the technical level when someone visits www.angels-dining-car.site. It describes only what the site itself does: a small set of static files delivered by a content delivery network, with a limited counting mechanism for visits that arrive from search engines. Nothing here describes any other kind of collection, and no claim below extends past what the build of this site actually does.

How visit counting works on arrival from a search engine

When a visitor arrives at this site directly from a search engine, a first-party visit beacon sends a small piece of data to an edge analytics endpoint: the page path, the type of event, the name of the referring search engine, and, if applicable, the text of a clicked outbound button. This is used only to count page views and clicks on outbound buttons, and for no other purpose. It only triggers on search-engine arrivals; visits from other sources are not recorded this way. Alongside this, a session view flag is kept in the browser for the current page view only, so that a single view is not counted twice while the page is open. A separate first-party cookie is set only in the same search-engine-arrival case, holding nothing but the name of the referring search engine, kept for up to one hour, and used only so that a later click on an outbound link can be matched to the search engine that brought the visitor here. No other browser storage, and no persistent identifier, is set by this site. The content delivery network that serves these files also sees the country associated with each request, as part of ordinary hosting, and nothing more precise about location.

What the site does not do, and why no consent is asked

This site has no forms, so it cannot collect anything typed by a visitor. It loads no third-party analytics and no external subresources: every file needed to display a page, including its locally embedded fonts, comes from this same domain, so nothing is shared with an outside host while a page is being displayed. There are no contact channels of any kind on this site. Together these absences are why the site does not ask for consent, does not require an account, and does not request any personal detail: there is no mechanism here that gathers names, e-mail addresses, account identifiers or payment details, and nothing is retained about an individual visitor beyond the short-lived counting described above.

Following an outbound link leaves this site

Some pages contain outbound links to third-party sites. Following one of these links first goes through a first-party outbound redirect hosted on this domain, which is how the click can be counted, and is then sent on to the partner site. The partner does not receive the visit data stored on this domain; instead, the visitor's browser reaches the partner site directly and that separate site keeps its own record of the visit under its own practices. This page describes only the static site itself and does not describe, and cannot vouch for, what a linked destination does after that point.
